Of all types of damage that can happen in any structure, water damage is the most common.

Using our moisture tracking equipment, we thoroughly assess and identify all wet materials. Then, based on the type of water, we come up with a game plan of how to dry the structure with the least amount of disruption as possible. Specialized drying equipment will then be set and daily monitoring of all equipment and affected materials will be done until materials have reached their drying goal. 

Often times the visible water is cleaned up prior to our arrival which is great to stop the spread of the moisture. What we are looking for is the moisture that still remains in the building materials. It is extremely important to identify all wet materials so secondary damage does not occur.
