Water Damage

This basement had a leak that the homeowner did not know about. Now that their children are older the basement doesn’t get used as often. The homeowner went down one day to find saturated carpet and secondary damage due to the length of time the water had been sitting. Once CARE got involved we came up with a plan of action and got started right away. We removed all necessary materials and reduced the humidity to stop the secondary issues. Within 5 days the project was ready to begin reconstruction. (Lancaster, PA)
